General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Contract for commissioned data processing within the meaning of Art. 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)Whether cloud computing, CRM system, newsletter or technical maintenance - as soon as personal data is processed on behalf of a client in accordance with instructions, this constitutes commissioned data processing. European and German laws impose strict requirements to ensure that data protection is always guaranteed when processing data on behalf of third parties.

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into force on May 25, 2018, brings with it some changes to commissioned data processing (known as commissioned data processing under the old Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)). Accordingly, various services that we provide to you as our customer may be data processing of personal data (so-called "commissioned data processing"). For such contractual relationships, the law requires the conclusion of an order processing contract between you as our client and us as your contractor.

In order to comply with the legal provisions of the GDPR, Krutec SoftCon GmbH offers a contract for order processing in accordance with the legal provisions of Art. 28 GDPR and the other data protection requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.
