Some project entry functions at a glance

Hierarchy

Starting with projects and activities that you book when recording time in our software for projects, you can also expand this hierarchy. Create main projects and assign them to projects or create sub-projects and assign them to projects. This can then look like this:

Main project --> Project --> Sub-project --> Activity

Depending on the settings, you then select the project and the activity on the project terminal. You can also specify whether your employees' breaks should interrupt the booked projects or not.

Parallel

In addition to the normal project entry, which automatically ends the previous project or activity, you also have the option of working with parallel entries. This allows you to run several projects and activities at the same time, which is particularly useful when entering machines.

Quantities

Use the specification of quantities to keep an eye on the quantity of your project. In combination with milestones and the quantity monitor, you always have an overview of your current projects - in real time. You can book quantities either on the project terminal or on the web terminal. Whether you do this at the end of the activity, in between or at the end of the day is entirely up to you.

Totals

Similar to the quantities, you can also distribute only totals to projects and activities. This is also possible via the project terminal and the web terminal. Whether during the current project or afterwards, you can enter the project total at any time. An additional setting also allows only as much of the project total to be posted as an employee has actually worked on. This setting can be switched on and off again.

Material and article

Manage articles and material via the Krutec WEB project entry. Assign articles to projects and keep an eye on the costs of materials. EAN code, storage location, storage bin, article number, unit and dimensions, purchase and sales price can be assigned for each article. A self-designed article tree with subcategories makes it easier for you to manage your articles.

Web-based

100% web-based - that's our time recording. If you use our software for projects, you can easily do this via your existing web browser, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari and many others. This means that time recording can also be carried out for projects without installing software on the workstations. At the same time, this allows you to access the software from anywhere you have Internet access. Our time recording for projects is therefore an ideal solution, especially when working from home.

On-Premises / SaaS

You decide whether you want to have our software installed locally on your server, hosted by us or completely in the cloud. Whatever you choose, you will receive the same software for project recording in all cases.

Project monitor

Keep an overview of your projects. The project monitor shows how far your projects have progressed. You have a comparison between target and actual. You are also shown the difference and the factor in %. If you also use our milestone function, the corresponding milestone is also displayed with a traffic light. In the project monitor, you can select projects that have been released, completed or booked today. Together with the date selection, you only have an overview of the projects you want to see.

Unit count monitor

Similar to the project monitor, you can also display the produced and planned quantities per project in the quantity monitor. With the help of a post-calculation, you can see directly how the quantities produced affect the overall project.

Customers and suppliers

You can enter a customer for each project. You can enter all master data for the customer and also add contact persons. In the smartphone app, you can then book directly to the customer and see the projects assigned to this customer. In the project evaluations, you can then specifically evaluate the projects of a customer and, if necessary, simply pass on the hours worked.

Pre- and post-calculation

A constant comparison between preliminary and final costing shows you your costs directly on the screen. Including material, wage and ancillary costs.

Import and export interface

Import projects and activities as well as the target time for the activities directly from an existing system. Export projects, activities and the hours worked on them in the same way in order to process them further in an existing system. We are happy to expand our interfaces to meet your requirements.

Evaluations and lists

More than 10 lists and evaluations are available to you in Krutec WEB Project Recording: starting with project evaluations, the sorting and filtering of which you can set, through totals evaluations, a target/actual comparison and productive times of your employees, to barcode lists, which enable you to scan projects and activities at the project terminal with a handheld barcode scanner.

Multi-client capable

Krutec WEB Project Entry allows you to keep your companies strictly separate from each other using clients. Each client has its own access and its own data. At no time is data from the other client visible. However, if you do not want to separate your companies by client, you can also assign your employees to locations, departments and even individual groups yourself when planning personnel in the project.
