Shift planning
With the Krutec WEB personnel planning you can plan your employees in shifts and with our Krutec WEB Project you can also assign activities.
With the help of a graphical user interface, you have an overview of requirements and planning and can quickly and easily assign shifts and absences. The Krutec WEB personnel planning is connected to our Time Attendance. This means that entries made in one of the two programs also appear in the other.

Reduce your previous planning effort to a minimum and react directly to changes without having to do the entire shift planning again.


Roster creation
With the Krutec WEB personnel deployment planning you can plan your employees in shifts without much effort. Either use the already existing shifts from the Time Attendance or plan shifts that have been specially created in the personnel planning.

Plan people and shifts by simply dragging the respective shifts or absences into the planning calendar.

Requirements overview

With the help of qualifications and qualification groups, you can determine your daily requirements and you will always receive an overview of qualifications that have already been planned.

If your planning changes only slightly, you can simply have an already planned time range updated for a new planning and then only change the days or persons that you need to change without making a whole new planning.

In addition to shift planning, activities can also be planned. Our Krutec WEB Project is required for activity planning on projects.
