You decide which of your employees can use which function of Krutec WEB Time Recording. We differentiate between read authorizations and write authorizations. This authorization can be defined individually for each menu item.
You can also assign a location, department or cost center to a user. This means that this user can only see and edit people from this selection.
We offer you standard payroll interfaces to DATEV (Lodas + Lohn und Gehalt), Sage, SAP and more. In addition to payroll interfaces, we also offer flexible interfaces, for example to ERP and project recording.

Of course, errors can occur during time recording or employees can forget to book their times. In such cases, the web-based time recording system will notify you. On the other hand, you can have the employee correct the error in the form of a correction request using the employee portal or you can correct the error directly in the software.
Other functions include adding postings, overwriting account values if overtime is to be paid out, assigning a different daily program or break.
More than 28 evaluations and lists are available to you in Krutec WEB Time Recording. You can fill many of them with your desired values.
